ADVISORY BOARD

The Handel House School Advisory Board, which meets once a month, plays an important role

in supporting the strategic development and long-term success of the School. Working in

partnership with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, the Board provides independent

advice, constructive challenge, and a broad range of expertise to help shape the school's vision,

priorities, and future direction. While the Board does not manage the day-to-day running of the

school, its members act as critical friends, offering guidance on areas such as educational

standards, health and safety, community engagement, governance, finance, and estate

development, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interests of pupils and the wider

school community.

The Handel House School Advisory Board 2026/27, with areas of responsibility, comprises...

Mr Michael Betts - Education and Safeguarding

Mr Paul Cook - Health and Safety and Estate Management

Mr Tristan Dorian - Finance and Community Engagement
